I always want you to be thrilled by the artwork you purchase. Finding a solution to make things right for you is my top priority, therefore email us at email@example.com if you have questions or are not happy once you receive your artwork.

What is your shipping Policy?
Shipping of prints will be done by my fullfillment vendor. The pricing of shipping will show at the time of checkout. All artwork is insured and tracked. You can expect artwork to be shipped in approximately 5 business days but there may be occassional busy seasons.
What happens if the work is damaged during shipping? Original artwork is carefully packaged to try to get it to you in pristine condition. I hope the artwork is handled with the same care as I put into it during its creation, however this may not always be the case. Sometimes there may be hiccups or poor handling in the transport of the work from our hands to yours. If this is the case, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can determine the best solution.
We expect you to take and then email pictures of the damaged package and damaged artwork. We will use these to process insurance and resolve the circumstances as quickly as we can.
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
Due to the fulfillment process being from a 3rd party (Bay photo), I will want to hear from you if you wish to return a print. If you are dissatisfied, please email us to discuss your concerns. I want to know the reasons you are disatisfied. We will find a solution to make you happy. I value you as a customer and want you to enjoy your purchase for many years to come.
If the final decision is to return the artwork, we expect the artwork to be returned in the same or equivalent packaging. A 10% restocking fee will be calculated but the balance due (minus the restocking fee) for your return will be completed upon receiving the artwork back to our studio. Arrangements will be done via email.
What is the quality of the work? The original works are handmade and thus will have imperfections and evidence of being handmade. I have been a working artist for over 20 years and have continued to expand my technical knowlege to approach each material or process with the highest quality of care that will provide you with a long lasting piece of art.
I love working with Bay photo and feel confident that you will be pleased with the quality of all prints you receive from them. They have a proven industry record and I have worked with them for several years and been consistently pleased with the quality of the work.
Is the artwork ready to hang? All original artwork is ready to hang or be displayed. Wire backing is provided for cradle panels (wood panels with 1-2 inch thick depth). Small pieces 12x12 inches or smaller typically have a sawtooth hanger so they are ready to hang in your home.
How do you care for encaustic artwork? Encaustic sculptures or paintings should be regularly dusted or buffed to return the work to a beautiful shine. It takes about 18 months to fully cure. during that time a slight dulling of the surface my occur. This is called bloom. The easy thing to do is to use a lent free cloth like tights or well worn t-shirt rag and buff the surface until you see a shine return. Like all artwork, you should handle the art with care. I recommend all artwork (oil, watercolor, encaustic etc) be placed out of direct sunlight. UV rays can do damage to everything.
How can I keep up with your new work? The best way to stay up to date on the shop is to sign up for my emails. This will give you first access to new releases, shop sales, things that I don't share on the website, exhibitions and more.
The next best location to stay up to date is in Instagram. I post work there regularly and like to share process shots, studio views as well as new works. I am fairly active on instagram and love staying connected with the world on that platform.
Do you do commissions? The answer is yes. I love working with clients on personalized projects. I have worked in the design industry for many years and find the prospect of working collaboratively on a project to be exciting and fulfilling. I encourage people to consider my style and use my other artwork as a guide to determine if I am the right fit for the project you have in mind. I will let you know if I am not the right fit and will happily refer another artist if that is the case. Email me and discuss what you have in mind. If we realize that a phone conversation or video call is going to be easier, we will set up and appointment to discuss the project.
